Reading faces
Generally, emotional two year olds may be so intense that they cannot handle feelings, resulting in tantrums, crying bouts, even destructive behaviour. They have not yet developed the skill to read faces and to perceive emotions in other people.
Cut out photos of faces showing different emotions, happiness, sorrow, fear, anger, or surprise. Ask your child: what is he feeling? Do you think she is happy? What do you think happened to this boy?
Extend this activity. Show a photo of a crying little girl and ask. What will you do if you see this girl? Show a photo of children holding hands, and ask, why do you think they are happy? Does holding hands with your friend make you happy too? Linking actions to emotions teaches that what they do often affects other people. This is the beginning of empathy.
Pretend play
Is one way for them to make sense of their world? Provide dolls and stuffed animals, furniture, clothes and finger paint, old cell phones, and so on.
Remember that play is an integral part of children’s lives. Childhood may be the only time they can really play. By helping children interact well and wield a sense of control over their surroundings, play also helps them develop empathy, esteem for others, and other indispensable social skills.

Home Style
Mom's loved to make style on their homes. They wanted every corners of their house to be in style and looks great. Actually it's really a fulfilling when someone acknowledge what you have done.
Creating our home in different styles is not only making new designs but also building homes for our family. Because us mom's we wants the very best for our family. We always wanted that everything is in place.
It's not necessary that you are a good designer to make a wonderful home style. It's a matter of how you make style and enjoy what you are doing. Being creative is also important. New designs that fits in your home and may looks different.
Home style is perfect for everyone. It is not limited for the higher class of the society but for everyone. What is important is that you know how to make style on your home without spending too much and too expensive. Don't limit your self on making styles. It is an art and at the same time it makes you feels good every time you made a wonderful style.
Try it to make different styles. Sooner you will enjoy it and like it so much. Make your home not just a home but with a style and live together with your loving family.

Have you ever been delighted in any ways? Have you experienced this?
Being delighted depends on how you see on it. Sometimes people around you wanted you to delight but you yourself is not satisfied and still looking for another thing.
It's not bad to set your standards on how you want to be delighted, but sometimes we need also to appreciate things that other people around us did for you to be delighted. We need to be sensitive also to what they present and give. Remember that those people who give delighting experience are also human that needs also the same wants from you.
Simply say thank you and just smile is already a good gesture that you can reply for people who is giving you these kind of delighting experience. Don't be so stiff to others.
You yourself can also be an instrument for others to be delighted. Also, you don't need to go to a fine dining restaurant, hotels and other class A restaurant to be delighted. Anywhere, anytime, you can be delighted just be simple and sensitive to what they were giving and showing you. Each day of your lives will be a delighting moments when you know how to appreciate things.

Parenting
Kids needs assistance from their parents. Kids became what they are and who they are through the guidance and assistance of their parents. Parents have the big role in terms of taking care of kids. It should not be the yaya or maids who always took good care but instead both parents.
From early age, kids develops their minds in understanding what's really going on. They have lot's of questions coming from their minds. And each of this should be answered and guided by their parents.
No matter how busy are we as parents, there should always be time for our kids.....

Parenting doesn't really learned but rather it posses on the parenthood. Being parents comes naturally. From the time our first child came and from that very moment our parenthood starts. Sometimes we don't chose it but once it was there it automatically flows on our mankind and felt the feeling of importance of being a parent.
Once it was there we really cannot quit nor escape because what we are talking here is the lives of our loved ones and that is our kids. Their lives and their future life is all depends on how us parents guided and support them.....

Let’s believe that life is really so beautiful. When you believe on it you will know the door to a very soul. You know the light in the deepest darkest hour.
When you believe in a beautiful life, every drop of rain that falls, a flower grows. Every darkest night, a candle glows. For everyone who goes astray will come to show the way. Believed above the storm the smallest prayer will still be heard. Believe that someone in the great somewhere hears every word. Every time you hear a new born baby cry or touch a leaf or see the sky, then you know why.
How beautiful our life is. Let’s take good care what we have. Cherish every moment of lives for each day is a beautiful day.

School times
It's school time again. Mom's and dad's are again busy on taking care of their kids. Mom's busy preparing for kids meals for school and breakfast while dad's busy on kid's lending to school.
Hard but happy to do those things. Being parents it's really part of their responsibilities. Waking up early in the morning and studying again when they came from school.
Kids are also tired and busy. They were in school for about 9hours per day and they only have some hours left at home. They studied in school and yet they still need to study at home for their plenty of assignments and quiz on the following day. They have to memorize and so many others for their projects.
Is this fair for the kids? Well, education is really important and they really need to pursue that career. But sometimes we need to give them also time for themselves. They were still kids and they also wanting something for fun. I think it is also better to balance everything. School should also understand that at home kids must take a rest from a long hours of schooling. I think better to give points to review only not so many assignments. This exercises should be done at school. Because they only have few hours stay at home.
That's why we as parents have a big role in their schooling. We are the one who will adjust and balanced for them. Listen to their needs. They need us to monitor them and assist them.
School times, school days, school memories, will always be a history when it passed by. So let's make those times a wonderful school times.

Alert
Due to some H1N1 virus that scared lots of people. Let's be more alert and be ware of this virus. How? Be physically fit and be healthy at all times. Eat nutritious foods like vegetables, fruits and meat. Take vitamins daily and of course have an exercise.
This is very alarming, don't set for anything less. Always remember that health is wealth.
